Happy is a theme we all can relate to. Happy Days was a TV show nostalgic for the 1950s. Disneyland says it is the happiest place on earth.
We like being happy but what does it mean to be happy?
The psychologist Martin Selligman theorizes that happiness is a combination of things. For him it is PERMA.
